Dear Mrs. Hildebrand,

Thank you for calling school this morning with your concern. Here are apologies for both you and Sean, from the boys you mentioned.

Both apologized in person to Sean today and there are consequences here at school for them.

It made me cringe to think of it. Having parents and teachers arrange apologies was never a positive experience, in my experience. Alas, the apology notes were not included with our find.
