So we went to the ball park and it was fricking cold and AJ had a hot dog for dinner and also a cookie as big as his head and we shivered under blankets and AJ got to try his first batting cage and Mr. Spy caught the foul ball Jim Thome hit in the first inning with his bare hand and became a hero to all the small boys in the right field upper deck and a few grownups too and his hand isn't even swollen and AJ is so excited about the ball he wants to sleep with it and he's been talking like this all night long.
