My last comment got marked as spam--I'm glad this went well and I hope all the rest does also.

Heart murmers seem to run in my family. My grandfather had one and my daughter has one. When his was diagnosed, he was only able to get life insurance at a preposterous rate, and he outlived his policy. I was assured that its no big deal in my daughters case, and while every new doctor she has seems to feel it necessary to point it out to her, it hasnt caused her any problems.

My boy was in the hospital with this exact thing a few weeks ago. It's palpitations/arrhythmia, supposedly, and is not a big deal, except that it shouldn't continue to happen forever, because it can be an indication of a life too full of stress, in which case, no good.

That husband-from-hell letter is insane, certainly, but it's kind of touching how attentive he is.
