So cute. It's so different with the digital camera. Because the cost of developing film and the wait for it made such a difference, we didn't allow our children to play with the camera, but a digital camera makes so much more sense and is so much more child friendly. Enjoy!

Dusty often gets her own disposable camera and loves to take (crooked, fuzzy) pictures, too. And I may have to see about volunteering in her classroom next year. It's so frustrating, when I ask what she did in school that day, to be told, "I don't know. I don't remember."

Last year I let Sam take the digital camera to school for a field trip and really loved his photos too. Maybe their senses are sharper than ours?

I especially like the glasses and the feet. Very nice.

Neat pictures, I like the Jupiter one especially. And if I ever think for a moment, yeah, two or three more years of education, that's a good idea!, I have images to call forth to talk myself back out of it.

Back in the day, when I was in grad school and was going to be a photo professor full time, I swore my first assignment was going to be to make everyone shoot 2 rolls of film inside their dorm/dorm room. It forces you to see more like a child. They have a much different vantage point than we do. I love the picture of the toy airliner.

My mother finally bought my niece her own digital camera, because she loves taking photos so much. And it's the same as with AJ it seems. She captures unique lighting and angles, and it gives the rest of us insights into what and how she sees things.
