Here is the aforementioned picture of AJ enjoying his "root beard float" at Suds n' Dogs. For those who are unfamiliar with the once great Midwestern fast food chain with carhop service, there are only a couple left. AJ was, alas, a little disconcerted by the trays that clip onto your car, so we ended up getting out and sitting at a table.

Tomorrow we're heading to visit friends in Andersonville. We're pondering a stop at Superdawg on the way home to make sure AJ's retro-dining experience is complete.
