I love finding things like this - lost bits of other people's life. Oh, and if you're looking for a really good book, I can recommend "Lord Byron's Novel: The Evening Land" by John Crowley. I know next to nothing about Byron or Romantic poetry but the book was a terrific read, really fascinating, the kind of thing that sucks you in slowly, builds and builds until you're kind of sorry to see it end. If you know too much about Byron, it might not be as exciting but I liked it.
