Awww, he is so cute with his little blue shirt half untucked. He needs a pocket protector to complete the look, though.

What? No Gaudeamus Igitur? Very, very cute. All the proper congratulations to young Mr. AJ@

No "Gaudeamus Igitur," but I did sing it for him at bedtime and provided my own ad hoc translation. I'm glad all those All-College meetings paid off. Still, he was unimpressed. As for the pocket protector, I'm sure it's only a matter of time -- he spent the afternoon watching and then talking about a video my my mom sent him about the circulatory system. "Hemo the Magnificent," is half cartoon/half live action made for Bell Labs by Frank Capra in 1957. For now, though, the only adornment to his shirt (besides the puppy dog tie) is an embroidered teddy bear.

What they said. Adorable and *sniff* sad, in a way, to say goodbye to all those little kid years. Personally, I cannot believe Dusty will be going to kindergarten in a matter of months. Months! What happened? (ps - this is why people have more children. So they have another, smaller body around. Not that this is the best reason, but a reason. Not that I'm hinting or anything. I'm not. Just saying) It's all good. Congrats to AJ!
