Oh oh, the other thing to try is running stop signs. This works well on city blocks, maybe not so well where you live. The idea is you run to a stop sign, walk to the next, repeat. The next time out you run two, walk one. For me, that was a good way to work up to distance and not kill myself trying.

There aren't enough stop signs out here for that to work, although I could just try running intersections. Most of our stop signs are implied. If the timing thing doesn't work for me, that might.

Enjoyed the links. I was going to say something funny in response but I forgot what it was. Probably, in retrospect, it wasn't all that funny. I am, though, writing another Clubhouse book review (in my head).
